Muhammad Ali Talks About God’s Existence
Muhammad Ali preached a bold truth that is not at all like that of the Radicalized Islam that we see in the world today.
In this interview from 1977, Muhammad Ali was visiting Newcastle, England and it was a typical question and answer type of forum where his British fans could ask him questions. During the interview Ali goes onto ask how many people in the audience believe in God, believe that a higher being is behind the earth, moon, the sun and the stars? Most raise their hands that they do. When he asks who doesn’t, not many go up. But Ali questions one of them. He holds up a glass of water and asks if she believes the glass made itself, if the tv studio and her own clothes made themselves. He talks about the moon and planets, and how someone had to have made them, and he believes that someone is God. Because of this, Ali’s mission is to help people because one day he is going to be judged. God is watching him, and he wants to do good. He said:
He wants to know how do we treat each other? How do we help each other? We need someone in the world to make peace. This is a test to see where will we spend this life, heaven or hell? This is not the life here. But your soul and your spirit never die. So God is testing us on how we treat each other and how we live to see where our real home be in heaven. So this physical stuff don’t last us so long. We don’t stay here. We’re just trustees. The most important part thing about life is what’s going to happen when you die. Are you going to heaven or hell?

Muhammad Ali, the former world heavyweight boxing champion and one of sport’s most influential individuals, has died aged 74.
Ali, who earned the nickname ‘The Greatest’, suffered from Parkinson’s Disease since 1984. He was taken into hospital on Thursday for a respiratory condition and had been being kept in “as a precaution”. News of his death was released by his family’s spokesman early on Saturday morning (GMT).
Politicians, athletes and celebrities immediately flooded to social media to pay tribute to “The Greatest”. Ali was also described as a “humble mountain” and “the biggest and the best”.

Muhammad Ali was more than the greatest boxer of all time. He was and still is a role model and inspiration to people of all races worldwide.
In 1974 Ali, then heavyweight champion of the world, made an appearance at PS 41 in New York to film a segment for Candid Camera. In the segment, several students are asked what they would say to Ali if given the chance. As they answer, Ali appears out of nowhere, clothed in boxing attire. The students’ expressions are priceless.
The Muslim world needs more role models like Muhammad Ali.

For little boys growing up in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Muhammad Ali was more than a world boxing champion. He was a personality of almost unimaginable charisma. At recess and after school, kids would shuffle their feet in imitation of the champ, put up their dukes and joyously chant to one another, “I float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. Your hands can’t hit what your eyes can’t see!”
So it’s funny to watch in this video as the flamboyant Ali, at the peak of his fame, pays a surprise visit to kids at an elementary school in New York. The year is 1974. Ali has recently won his re-match with Joe Frazier and is preparing for his much-hyped “Rumble in the Jungle” with George Foreman. He plays a joke on a series of unsuspecting students at P.S. 41, in Greenwich Village, for the TV show Candid Camera. Disguised as a janitor, Ali sneaks into the room just as the kids are explaining what they would say if they ever met Muhammed Ali. When they realize the champ is standing right next to them, their reactions are priceless.
“Terrorists are not following Islam. Killing people and blowing up people and dropping bombs in places and all this is not the way to spread the word of Islam. So people realize now that all Muslims are not terrorists.” ~ Muhammad Ali
