FOIA Dump 11/1: Hillary Told Huma Abedin to Print without Identifiers a CONFIDENTIAL email received on a private server… from Sidney Blumenthal
A new FOIA dump Hillary email CONFIRMS she directed/instructed Huma Abedin to remove all traces of markings that would identify a government document as CONFIDENTIAL… Hillary Clinton disseminated CLASSIFIED information WITH intent.
This is a Confidential (the lowest level of classified intel, but still classified) government E-mail, sent from Sidney Blumenthal using an AOL account, to Hillary’s private unsecured E-mail, which Hillary sent to Huma and asked for the identifiers to be stripped (meaning at minimum who sent the E-mail, at worst the classification itself). Then Huma agreed to do just that.
This is three people committing felonies, but that’s not even the most shocking part. Obama specifically urged Hillary not to use Blumenthal as an adviser, but she did anyway. And as an adviser Blumenthal seems to be suggesting that a small group of Syrian rebels should be trained and funded to fight Muammar Gaddafi. Even though the same E-mail states that rebel forces had captured Dutch and British troops. In addition it lays out how multiple factions are ALREADY fighting over who would rule Libya after Gaddafi was overthrown. Finally, rebel forces near or operating in Benghazi are mentioned three times. Hillary read this information and decided to support the rebels in Libya.
We recently captured the terrorist behind the Benghazi attack, who else has the feeling he will admit he was trained by the US. Who else wants to bet that if Hillary was President this guy would have got a bullet to the face or a green card to keep him from talking?
This is exactly how Paul Manafort can get out of trouble. He’ll want to see this. TRUST ME – this is going to work.
1) OK, so first, delete every single email you have that has to do with this. If you’re hitting around 33,000 you know you’re doing good work. If anyone asks, just tell them you had pictures of your grand kids and yoga instructions and wanted to clear them out. Did you do that? Ok good.
2) Second, send one of your people to Reddit and ask them how to permanently and irreversibly destroy electronic evidence. Those Reddit people are super smart and should be able to help you out. In case they don’t, here’s a pro-tip- there’s this cloth or something, called Bleachbit that will get rid of everything on your hard drive so no one can recover anything.
3) Next – how many cell phones do you have? You’re about to have 0 – smash those little bastrds with a hammer and destroy them.
4) This next part you may have needed some vision for, but was there anyone who helped you get away with stuff in the 90s? Like a lawyer who cleared you of a number of scandals as you were moving up the political ladder? If so, make that guy the FBI Director. Trust me, it’ll come in handy later.
5) While you’ve got that going on, have your spouse take a little trip down to the airport and sit down with the DOJ head on the tarmac of their plane. Obviously talk about how you’re gonna get out of this, but if anyone asks, make sure to tell them you were checking in on their grandkids.
6) OK, so here’s the long, drawn out part. Those jerks in Congress are probably going to call you in for a bunch of hearings. I have an industry secret though… just say you can’t remember anything! Not recalling something is the easiest way for people to never look into your past again cause if you can’t remember it, it didn’t happen! If things are taking too long, just ask them what difference, at this point, does it make and shrug it off. Make sure to look really bored. They know you’re an important person so they’ll leave you alone after that.
7) OK, remember that FBI Director I mentioned before? Cool… basically since y’all have been good friends for a long time, that guy is gonna clear you of all charges. He’ll say that there was no evidence that you acted with ‘necessary criminal intent’. He might get fired for it but so what? He owes you, and big time.
8) Lastly, it will help if you have a satanic child sex slave ring and Pedophile that’s heavily entrenched in the entertainment industry. I know that sounds weird, but they take care of their own like you were their own children. Only downside is they think they’re hot sh*t, but don’t let it get to you.
Cool! So at this point you’re off scot-free! Lay low for a couple months, and then get back on the scene. Let someone pay you a cool 12 million for your book and go on a Costco book tour. The people will love you for it. The best part in all this? You and your friends are perfectly fine. This was just a temporary setback, and now you and all your followers can say you were cleared for literally everything illegal that you did. Hell, make a couple jokes about it at press conferences! You deserve it.
Ok, that about wraps it up. Don’t worry – I’ll invoice you. Just drop off the check next time I hire you to come speak at one of my charity events. Better yet… skip the invoice. I have some stuff I want to pass through Congress and I know if I give enough money to you… I mean, your “nonprofit” (LOL) that I’ll get what I want.
Hillary’s IT guy, Paul Combetta, was caught asking how to destroy evidence on Reddit. He received immunity, like most of Hillary’s underlings, even though he lied to investigators.
After news broke that his accounts were found, users on Reddit watched in real time as they disappeared. Thankfully his request was archived beforehand.
Paul Combetta, a.k.a. u/stonetear, was one of two Platte River Networks (PRN) employees actively managing Clinton’s private server during her tenure as Secretary of State.
In July, 2014, the State Department requested that Clinton provide all her work-related emails, including the e-mails on her private server, as part of an investigation.
On July 24, 2014, Combetta went to Reddit for help on behalf of his “VERY VIP” client, asking how to strip an e-mail address “from a bunch of archived email(s)…”. Although it is usually assumed that it was Hillary’s address that Combetta wanted to remove, some people speculate that it was actually Obama’s.
When Combetta’s Reddit account was discovered in 2016, Combetta deleted his entire post history, along with his account.
Even though Combetta destroyed evidence and lied to investigators, the DOJ never revoked the immunity they granted him in exchange for truthful testimony. No one was ever prosecuted in relation to Hillary’s illegal private server.
James Comey’s “Hillary Investigation” Flowchart
FLASHBACK: Before the “Trump-Russia” conspiracy, the DNC emails were widely reported as a LEAK and NOT a hack!!!
This shift is definitely worth noting and should be brought to the attention to all on the left regularly. Why would you want to receive your news from an organization that peddled this bull crap for over a year. Now when it suddenly fell off the face of the Earth you’re okay with it? The narrative has unfortunately stuck for some despite the lack pf Mainstream Media coverage of it anymore, and it needs to be pointed out that some news outlets are questioning if there was a hack at all now.
From CNN July 25, 2016:
What was in the DNC email leak?
Now, on the eve of the party’s convention, Wasserman Schultz is facing pressure to resign, and will have no major role on the convention stage, after Wikileaks released nearly 20,000 DNC emails that bolster Sanders’ supporters’ claims that the party favored Clinton.
One email appears to show DNC staffers asking how they can reference Bernie Sanders’ faith to weaken him in the eyes of Southern voters. Another seems to depict an attorney advising the committee on how to defend Hillary Clinton against an accusation by the Sanders campaign of not living up to a joint fundraising agreement.
Here’s what you need to know about the DNC email leak so far:
Emails leaked from seven DNC officials
The leaks, from January 2015 to May 2016, feature Democratic staffers debating everything from how to deal with challenging media requests to coordinating the committee’s message with other powerful interests in Washington.
The emails were leaked from the accounts of seven DNC officials, Wikileaks said. CNN has not independently established the emails’ authenticity.
The emails could boost Sanders supporters’ charge that the DNC was biased toward Clinton — a position Sanders himself underscored when he endorsed Wasserman Schultz’s primary opponent in her Florida congressional race.
But Baltimore mayor and DNC Secretary Stephanie Rawlings-Blake denied any suggestion that Clinton’s camp was treated more favorably by the committee.
“My xpectation is beyond your opinion about a candidate, that you act evenly. All of the officers took a pledge of neutrality and I honored that, and I take that very seriously,” Rawlings-Blake told CNN’s Poppy Harlow. She added: “I know that the chair will hold those employees accountable if they’re found to have acted outside of that neutrality and even-handedness.”
Asked about the exchanges, Rawlings-Blake said: “Expressing an opinion about a candidate doesn’t mean that you’re in collusion, doesn’t mean that you are actively working against them. And I don’t think that that’s what it shows.”
Questioning Sanders’ faith
One email features DNC staffers appearing to ponder ways to undercut Sanders, an insurgent Democrat who had a bitter relationship with party leadership.
On May 5, a DNC employee asked colleagues to “get someone to ask his belief” in God and suggested that it could make a difference in Kentucky and West Virginia. Sanders’ name is not mentioned in the note.
“This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist,” DNC chief financial officer Brad Marshall wrote.
Marshall did not respond to a request for comment.
Clinton prods DNC for intervention
In another email, an attorney for the Clinton campaign appears to advise the DNC on how to respond to a dispute between the two campaigns over how much money Clinton’s operation had raised for state parties. Sanders’ campaign charged that Clinton’s team was not handing over its fair share of its fundraising, which Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver said was “laundering” and “looting.”
“My suggestion is that the DNC put out a statement saying that the accusations the Sanders campaign are not true. The fact that CNN notes that you aren’t getting between the two campaigns is the problem,” Marc E. Elias wrote. “Here, Sanders is attacking the DNC and its current practice, its past practice with the POTUS and with Sec Kerry. Just as the RNC pushes back directly on Trump over ‘rigged system,’ the DNC should push back DIRECTLY at Sanders and say that what he is saying is false and harmful (to) the Democratic party.”
Elias and the Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday.
Favoring bigger donors
Another exchange involves a discussion on whether to move Maryland ophthalmologist Sreedhar Potarazu from sitting beside President Barack Obama at a DNC event after National Finance Director Jordan Kaplan said he gave less money than Philip Munger, another donor.
“It would be nice to take care of him from the DNC side,” Kaplan wrote, referring to Munger.
Potarazu told CNN Saturday that he wants answers from top DNC officials on how they are responding to these revelations, which have surfaced days before the Democratic convention.
“I was obviously shocked to see my name in the middle of all of this because I’m just an innocent bystander,” he said.
“I’m curious to see what’s happening at the highest levels of the DNC right now,” he added. “I don’t know, but I’m sure it’s a fire drill. The timing is not good.”
Wasserman Schultz attacks Weaver
Wasserman Shultz also called Weaver a “damn liar” in May after he criticized the Nevada Democratic Party following protests among Sanders supporters who said Clinton’s backers had subverted party rules. They shouted down pro-Clinton speakers and sent threatening messages to state party Chairwoman Roberta Lange after posting her phone number and address on social media.
“The state party there has a lot of problems. They’ve run things very poorly. It has been done very undemocratically,” Weaver said on CNN in May. “And there seems to be an unwillingness on the part of the Nevada Democratic Party to bring in all of the new people that Bernie Sanders has brought into the process.”
The DNC chair responded in an email: “Damn liar. Particularly scummy that he barely acknowledges the violent and threatening behavior that occurred.”
And in an email quoting Weaver as saying, “I think we should go to the convention,” Wasserman Shultz wrote: “He is an ASS.”
Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week, has been found dead in Miami. He was 50.
Eberwein was due to appear next Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors.
According to Miami-Dade’s medical examiner records supervisor, the official cause of death is “gunshot to the head“. Eberwein’s death has been registered as “suicide.”
Eberwein, who had acknowledged his life was in danger, was a fierce critic of the Clinton Foundation’s activities in the Caribbean island, where he served as director general of the government’s economic development agency, Fonds d’assistance économique et social, for three years.
According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations.
“The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year.
The former director general of Haiti, who also served as an advisor to Haitian President Michel Martelly, was also a partner in a popular pizza restaurant in Haiti, Muncheez, and even has a pizza — the Klaus Special — named after him.
According to the Haiti Libre newspaper, Eberwein was said to be in “good spirits“, with plans for the future. His close friends and business partners are shocked by the idea he may have committed suicide.
“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”
Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were excited about future business plans and were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said.
The Haitian government issued an official notice thanking Eberwein for his service and mourning his untimely death.
“The Directorate General of FAES presents its sympathies to the bereaved families, friends and collaborator that this mourning afflicts. The FAES flag will be flown at half-mast from Wednesday 12th to Tuesday 18th July 2017. May his soul rest in peace,” Charles Ernest Chatelier, director general.
From the Miami Herald:
Peter W. Smith Committed Suicide After Telling The Press Of His Efforts To Get Hillary Clinton’s Missing Emails
Peter W. Smith, 81, was found dead just 10 days after he admitted to trying to get Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russian hackers. He left a note behind in all caps saying there was “NO FOUL PLAY” involved. His death has now become the subject of quite a few conspiracies, from both the Clinton side and the Trump side.
Smith supposedly made remarks in emails apparently considering former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn an ally, which information some on the left tried to use to attach Flynn to the emails.
After Smith talked to the Wall Street Journal about how he was trying to get Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russia hackers, he was found dead just 10 days later, on May 14. The stories were published in late June. The reporter said at the time that he believed Smith died of natural causes and wasn’t killed. But the Chicago Tribune learned from a death record that Smith had committed suicide.
Smith was found with a bag tied over his head, attached to a helium source. A funeral home employee said they saw a helium tank in his room. The employee told The Chicago Tribune that it was about the size of a propane tank.
Smith was found in a hotel near the Mayo Clinic on Sunday, May 14. The cause of death was listed as: “asphyxiation due to displacement of oxygen in confined space with helium.” The Rochester Police Chief had said the cause of death was “unusual,” according to The Chicago Tribune. But others said the method was fairly well known.
Police found a note left behind by Smith, written in all caps, The Chicago Tribune reported. The note included the following:
From the Chicago Tribune:
Republican donor and operative from Chicago’s North Shore who said he had tried to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russian hackers killed himself in a Minnesota hotel room days after talking to The Wall Street Journal about his efforts, public records show.
In a room at a Rochester hotel used almost exclusively by Mayo Clinic patients and relatives, Peter W. Smith, 81, left a carefully prepared file of documents, which includes a statement police called a suicide note in which he said he was in ill health and a life insurance policy was expiring.
During a private “fly-in” fishing excursion in the Alaskan wilderness, the chartered pilot and fishermen left a cooler and bait in the plane. And a bear smelled it. This is what he did to the plane.
The pilot used his radio and had another pilot bring him 2 new tires, 3 cases of duct tape, and a supply of sheet plastic. He patched the plane together, and FLEW IT HOME!
There is no difference between Democrats, the Obama Administration, the DNC and the vast majority of the Mainstream Media. They all work hand in glove in order to serve themselves.
The swamp must be drained, and this includes the corrupt Mainstream Media.
Recently released Huma Abedin State Department emails – acquired by Judicial Watch via FOIA request, reveal Clinton State Department staff planning to summon New York Times reporter David Brooks for an “OTR” (off the record) conversation over a “shot” he took at Hillary in a Feburary 2010 article. This isn’t the first time we’ve learned of the Democrat apparatus wrapping their tentacles around the MSM, and it’s the second time in weeks Judicial Watch has delivered a bombshell. They’re doing good work.
In summary; Hillary Clinton – code named “Evergreen,” fired off an email on February 9th, 2010 to advisors Philippe Reines and Jake Sullivan regarding an article written by NYT’s David Brooks (links added):
To which senior advisor Philippe Reines responds:
Followed by Jake Sullivan’s response:
So a top Clinton advisor wanted to get ‘back in the habit’ of bringing people or groups in every few weeks? This clearly suggests the Clinton State Dept. was at some point regularly meeting with members of the MSM to discuss content. And how exactly did Hillary, assuming the ‘OTR’ meeting with David Brooks took place, help him to ‘figure out’ how things work?
Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions today asking Sessions to consider convening a grand jury or bringing charges against Hillary Clinton’s former IT guy, Bryan Pagliano. Pagliano was subpoenaed to testify before the committee last year but refused to appear on two occasions. After the second refusal, the Oversight Committee voted to hold Pagliano in contempt.
Chaffetz’ letter to AG Sessions reads in part, “Because Pagliano’s job functions included supporting mobile computing issues across the Department, he was uniquely positioned to answer questions regarding State Department policies and practices for preserving records, as well as the technological procedures utilized to do so.” The letter concludes, “In light of Pagliano’s contumacious conduct in refusing to testify, the Department should bring the matter before a grand jury for its action or file an information charging Pagliano with violating 2 U.S.C. § 192.”
In a statement released by the committee, Chaffetz says, “The authority to compel witnesses is integral to Congress’s and the Committee’s investigative powers. Allowing Mr. Pagliano’s conduct to go unaddressed would gravely harm Congress’s ability to conduct oversight.”
Pagliano was the person responsible for managing Hillary Clinton’s private email server. He worked for Clinton at the State Department while she was Secretary of State but also maintained her homebrew server in his off hours.
Pagliano was subpoenaed to appear before the House Oversight Committee twice last September. Mark MacDougall, Pagliano’s attorney, argued his client should not have to appear since he would only be invoking his 5th Amendment right not to testify. Chaffetz insisted he would need to do so in person.
